Sarova Hotels has introduced a value for money package dubbed “Sarova Holidays” aimed at stimulating the domestic leisure market. Sarova Holidays is the first of its kind of offering in the Kenyan market and is a year round product, a deviation from the traditional price based discounted packages usually offered in low season.

The Sarova Stanley said goodbye to the Zen restaurant in order to make way for its new restaurant; Thai-Chi, that promises to offer the best in Thai cuisine. A team has been assembled that includes two top chef's from Thailand , to ensure that guests have that ultimate dining experience.
The restaurant that opens its doors later this year got a chance to show case itself at the recently held Thai expo at the village market. Sarova's Thai Chi restaurant won an award for the most creative stand.

On the evening of 2nd November 2006, Sarova Panafric hosted a memorable dinner for Mr. Nick Vujicic; a motivational speaker who was born with a rare birth defect that left him to live life without limbs. The dinner organized by Nairobi Pentecostal Church (NPC) and attended by the Vice President of Kenya - Hon. Moody Awori, was a special event in which hundreds of invited guests attended and listened to uplifting testimonies by the ever-smiling, Mr. Vujicic whose inspirational saying is “from life without limbs to life without limits” .

Privilege Club treated some of their esteemed clients to a weekend at Sarova Whitesands Beach Resort to experience the various treatments offered at the Tulia Spa.
The group was treated to various selected menus; including a taste of Pampa-Churrascaria (serving Brazilian style barbecued meats),a trip to the marine park, and the highlight of the stay being a beach dinner to crown off the trip.

Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge |

 The Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge staff and Family Health International came together and raised Ksh.7000 for Esther Wanja, a 19 year old girl living in Nakuru. This paid for her glasses and the balance of her school fees at Kiamaina Secondary School.
Esther, who is visually impaired could not afford reading glasses and her family; who are victims of the AIDS virus, could not afford to complete the payment of her school feels for her final term.

On the 24th of November a team of key local and international media personalities, were treated to a night at Sarova Mara Game Camp to experience the new club tents and to see the various other renovations that have taken place at the tented camp.
The 2 days had many exciting things such as game drives; a visit to the Isokon Maasai Cultural Village , Sarova Mara 's very own Maasai village in which guests have the opportunity to see how the Maa people live; a visit to Sekanani primary school, Sarova's community support project.
