Reservations that are cancelled or reduced in length of stay, or numbers, are subject to cancellation
charges and no-show fees at the discretion of the Hotel and are as follows:

• For accommodation cancelled or reduced in number between 14 and 2 days from noon on the date of accommodation - 33% of the rate applicable.
• In case of cancellation within 48 hours from noon to the date of accommodation, or incase of no-show - 100% of the net value of bookings.

• 15% of the rate applicable per bed night will be charged for rooms cancelled or reduced in number
  
  For Low season between 35 and 14 days from noon on the date of accommodation
  
  For High season between 50 and 40 days from noon on the date of accommodation
  
  For Peak season between 60 and 50 days from noon on the date of accommodation
  
  
• 33% of the rate applicable per bed night will be charged for rooms cancelled or reduced in number :
  
  For Low season between 14 and 2 days from noon on the date of accommodation
  
  For High season between 40 and 20 days from noon on the date of accommodation
  
  For Peak season between 50 and 30 days from noon on the date of accommodation
  
  
• 100% of the rate applicable per bed night will be charged for rooms cancelled or reduced in number:
  
  For Low season within 48 hours from noon on the date of accommodation
  
  For High season within 20 days from noon on the date of accommodation
  
  For Peak season within 30 days from noon on the date of accommodation

• 15% of the rate applicable per bed night will be charged for rooms cancelled or reduced in number
  
  
  For Low season between 14 and 7 days from noon on the date of accommodation
  
  For High season between 35 and 21 days from noon on the date of accommodation
  
  For Shoulder season between 21 and 14 days from noon on the date of accommodation
  
  
• 33% of the rate applicable per bed night will be charged for rooms cancelled or reduced in number
  
  
  For Low season between 7 and 2 days from noon on the date of accommodation
  
  For High season between 21 and 14 days from noon on the date of accommodation
  
  For Shoulder season between 14 and 7 days from noon on the date of accommodation
  
  
• 100% of the rate applicable per bed night will be charged for rooms cancelled or reduced in number:
  
  
  For Low season within 48 hours from noon on the date of accommodation
  
  For High season within 14 days from noon on the date of accommodation
  
  For Shoulder season within 7 days from noon on the date of accommodation

Payments:

Cheques are only acceptable if arrangements have been made prior to guest arrival.
Rates are subject to alterations without notice. All rates include VAT, Service charge
and Training levy.

Guests wishing to stay at the lodges on a halfboard basis can do so at rate
reduction of US$6.
