1. Can I get a door-to-door package for Sarova Hotels and at what rate? We can tailor make a door-to-door package depending on the number particular areas of interest and duration of travel. 2. Do you have a resident doctor and how would you handle a medical emergency in terms of evacuation? There is a resident doctor at all our lodges and beach hotel and evacuations from hotel can be made by air or road depending on severity of medical emergency 3. When is the best time in the day to view game? Wild animals prefer to move about when it is cool and is the best time to view game is early morning and late evening when temperatures are lower 4. Can I get a purely vegetarian menu at Sarova Hotels? Yes it is possible to get a menu for vegetarians at all our hotels. 5. Do you have TVs in all the rooms at your lodges and at the coast? All our rooms in Whitesands, Mombasa, have TVs. Our lodges are primarily designed for relaxation so they do not have TVs. 6. What is the weather like and what should I wear? The weather shall vary depending on time of the year. From August to October, the weather is usually quite hot and light clothing is recommended. However, keep well covered to prevent heat rash and sunburn. The temprature for the other months is low 7. Where are you in Kenya? Sarova Hotels are placed in 5 different locations in Kenya. 8. Can we get special rates? Yes, you can have special rates but this have to be agreed upon before making reservations. |
