TERMS & CONDITIONS
Confirmation of Booking
The booking shall be held as tentative until a Service Contract is signed and the terms therein are met. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking if not signed off and submitted before the stipulated date.
Billing Procedure
The guaranteed number of guests will be charged at the agreed price even if a lower number of persons are catered for, unless the minimum guarantee is modified in writing by the client and accepted by the Hotel in writing at least one month in advance.
In the event that more people are catered for than the guaranteed attendance figures, the excess members will be charged at the contracted rate for accommodation.
Payment Terms
A deposit of 75% of the total invoice price shall be paid by the agreed upon date. The balance shall be paid immediately after the function.
Cancellation Policy
48 hours or less prior to the event 75% Cancellation Fee on anticipated loss
7 days or less prior to the event 50% Cancellation Fee on anticipated loss
• 14 days or less prior to the event 25% Cancellation Fee on anticipated loss
