Sarova Hotels is currently recruiting for the following vacancies. Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted by Sarova Hotels.

1. GROUP TRAINING MANAGER
The candidate will be in charge of the training function across the group and will operate in accordance with the corporate training and development strategy. S/he must have a degree in social sciences, a post graduate diploma in HRM and at least 5 years experience in a similar position. A master’s degree in social sciences will be an added advantage.

2. UNIT ENGINEER
The candidate will be reporting to the Unit General Manager and will responsible for efficiently planning, controlling and coordinating maintenance program for all assets and equipments as well as undertaking projects. Applicant must have a degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, at least 5 years relevant experience in a similar position. S/he must be a registered Engineer.

3. FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER
The candidate will be in charge of controlling and co-ordinating all Food and Beverage operations to the highest standards. Applicants must have a degree/diploma in Hotel Management, have stewarding knowledge and at least 5 years relevant experience in a similar field.
