Membership
1. Sarova Zawadi membership is at a fee of Kshs.6, 000 Membership cards are valid for
one year and renewed at the end of each year.
2. For inactive members and new members, a premium rate will be charged each year.
This will be determined by the product offerings of the program each year.
3. Members that achieve an annual spend of Kshs 200,000 at Sarova Hotels will be
upgraded to Platinum membership.
4. Sarova Zawadi membership is non-transferable and belongs solely to the applicant
and thus cannot be used jointly.
5. The Sarova Zawadi card is a proof of membership and hence must be presented in
order to collect Rewards
6. Personal information provided by a member shall not be disclosed to outside parties
and shall only be used for the purpose of this membership.

Redemption Vouchers
1. These terms are in addition to the terms and conditions on the back of the Voucher.
2. Only original Vouchers will be accepted. Damaged, defaced or photo copied Vouchers
will not be accepted.
3. Once your Points have been redeemed for Vouchers, they cannot be exchanged back
into Sarova Zawadi Points.
4. Neither Sarova Hotels, nor R&R are responsible for Vouchers lost.
5. Once any Vouchers have been used for a reward, they will not be returned if you
cancel your reward booking.
6. Vouchers remain the property of Sarova Hotels. Each Voucher is not valid beyond the
expiry date shown on its face.
7. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash nor sold or transferred for value.

Sarova Redemption bookings
1. One night’s complimentary stay for two at any Sarova Hotel property is subject to
availability and is on Full Board basis for lodges, half board basis for Sarova
Whitesands Beach Resort & Spa and Bed and Breakfast for City Properties.

3. A wine certificate entitles you to a complimentary bottle of wine when 4 people have a
full meal.
4. A complimentary massage entitles you to a complimentary massage when you pay
for your partner
5. A laundry certificate entitles you to one complimentary suit laundered.
6. A Gym certificate entitles you to one complimentary visit to the Sarova Stanley

General Terms and Conditions
These conditions apply in conjunction with the R&R Programme Terms and Conditions.

The Programme
1. The Sarova Zawadi Card, remains the property of Sarova Hotels, who
reserve the right to decline, issue or withdraw the cards at any time, or to terminate
the Sarova Zawadi Programme without notice.
2. All Sarova Zawadi card holders must be aged 18 years and over.
3. Members may be removed from the Programme at any time at the discretion of
Sarova Zawadi.
4. Your Sarova Zawadi Card can only be used at Sarova Hotels and participating
R&R Partner outlets who may from time to time be part of the programme.
Your Sarova Zawadi card cannot be used as a credit or debit payment card.

Reward Points
5. To earn points for a transaction you must present your Sarova Zawadi card, at the
point of sale.
6. Each Partner has a minimum spend or volume for the transaction to qualify for the
earning of points. At Sarova, one point will be awarded for every 100 Kshs that is
spent. This can be altered at the discretion of Sarova Hotels.
7. Reward points will only be awarded for eligible purchases at participating R&R
Partner outlets.

Redemptions
8. The current redemption ratio is 1 R&R Point equals 1 Ksh. 9. Reward Points are
not exchangeable for cash.
10. All active members will be statemented on a quarterly basis based on their activity in
the previous 3 month period.
11. Redemptions are all subject to individual terms and conditions. For details of all the
Redemption terms and conditions please check with the R&R helpdesk or visit us
online at www.rr.co.ke.
12. Reward Points do not expire. R&R will close any membership accounts that have
been inactive for a period of 12 months or more. This can be altered at the discretion
of R&R.
