The Churchill Ballroom
Named after the famous British statesman and later Prime Minister who, as Under Secretary for the Colonies, visited Kenya in 1907 this grandiose room can seat 250 for elegant, sophisticated dining and host 350 for conferencing.

This is an enormous conference room that can, if required, be divided into three
soundproof sections, each capable of seating 50 people, namely:
The Huxley after the authoress Elspeth Huxley a writer, best known for her books
based on her experiences growing up in a coffee farm in Kenya.
The Patterson after Lieutenant-Colonel John Henry Patterson, an Anglo-Irish
soldier, hunter, and author, best known for his book 'The Man-Eaters of Tsavo'.
The Hemingway after Ernest Hemingway an American novelist, short-story
writer and journalist, winner of both the Pulitzer Prize and the Nobel Prize for
Literature.

The Baden-Powell
Named after Lord Baden-Powell founder of the Boy Scout movement. He spent his last years in Kenya and is buried at Nyeri in the shadow of Mount Kenya. This room opens out onto the Atrium for al-fresco dining or cocktails.
The Batian and Lenana These boardrooms are named after two legendary Maasai tribal chiefs whose names also grace two of Mount Kenya's peaks. The Baker This room is named after Samuel Baker, the explorer who in 186l, with his wife Florence, set out on a 4 year search for the source of the river Nile. Boardroom In addition to conference facilities, there are a number of extremely well equipped boardrooms available for more smaller business meetings.
